HR905 was airborne at 23.15 on the 13 July 1943 from Gransden Lodge.
Shot down by a night- fighter and disintegrated near Asten (Noord Brabant), 9 km SE of Helmond, Holland.

Burials were held at the temporary military cemetery at Venlo.
Their graves are now located in Jonkerbos War Cemetery.

S/L Wolfe was a Canadian who had joined the RAF prior to the outbreak of war.

Sgt Bebensee RCAF had previously served on No.35 Sqdn, his DFM being being Gazetted 11Jun43.

That for F/S Emerson was Gazetted 28Jul44.

F/O D.M.Clarke RCAF was interned in Camp L3. PoW No.6474 with F/O D.J.Smith, PoW No.6291. "
