Currently I am researching Halifax W7882, DY-P shotdown over Luyksgestel, Holland on 2 February 1943. The a/c took off at 18.53Hrs at Pocklington for a raid on Cologne. It seems that underway to target just passing the border of Belgium and Holland that two aircraft collided(due to FLAK?) and both crashed near Luyksgestel. The entire crew where killed and rest at General Cemetery in Eindhoven(Woensel). Pilot F/Sgt H.A.Ross Thomson, Sgt R.W.Goffin, Sgt G.Guerrier, W/O D.H.Watt(RCAF), Sgt H.J.Naylor, Sgt R.F.Lillywhite DFM, Sgt D.V.Gwillam. If someone have more info and could bring me in touch with the relatives of this crew that would be marvellous. I am in touch with the Daughter of Gwillam.
Regards,
Adrian
