Currently I am busy with a 102 Sqdn research to the loss and fate of Halifax R9495, DY-L took off at Topcliffe for a raid on Bochum. On their way return to base their a/c was intercepted by a german nightfighter August Geiger and shotdown. The Halifax crashed 2 miles N .of St.Oedenrode. The entire crew was killed Pilot F/Sgt R.S.Tadman, Sgt N.C.Hain(RAAF), F.A.Frost, Sgt A.S.C.Ellis, Sgt J.Colville, F/Sgt W.G.McKinnon(RCAF) F/Sgt S.R.Lupton(RCAF). Crew rest at General Cemetery at Eindhoven(Woensel) except F/Sgt's Lupton and McKinnon they rest at the Canadian War Cemetery at Groesbeek. Looking for to get in touch with the crewmembers relatives(except F.A. Frost as I am in touch with his family aldeady) and looking for the ORB's for this crew. Any other relevant info is more than welcome.

Regards and thanks for looking,
Adrian

Adrian, thanks for postiong again.

I am wondering if we could speak on the dog and bone?
I have a mobile set up for the web site, normal rates etc... 07989197436, if you want to send me your land line no I get free calls. Assuming that is that you are in the UK.....

I can't help with this crew but I would really like to do a page for them and if you are in contact with some of the relatives then I'd apreciate being able to speak to them about what they have on their loved one.

All the best

Chris
