Halifax Mk II W.1271 DY-O

I am looking for photos of aircraft that my relation P/O Geoffrey King flew in 102 Sqn; therefore I have been researching the plane numbers from the ORB that he flew on operations. I have found photos of only two planes that he flew and one of those was a Whitley BD267 UO-K that he flew on the third 1000 Bomber Raid to Bremen on 24 June 1942, when he was still with 19 OTU. The other is a bad photo of Halifax Mk II W.1181 D-DY crashed at Spalding Moor on 24 Oct 1942.

I was researching Halifax Mk II W.1271 DY-C that he flew on a raid to Dusseldorf on 10/11 Sept 1942 and found that it was subsequently flown by a Sgt. Thirsk and his crew on 13 Sept 1942 to Bremen, and crash landed at Coltishall injuring 3 of the crew on its return.

The Number W.1271 came up in a search showing this aircraft flying with 419 Sqn RCAF which was re-equipped with Halifaxes in November 1942. Apparently it was flown by a crew from 418 Sqn on a raid to Krefeld June 21/22 1943 and crashed at De Posthoorn, Holland killing the crew.

Would it be possible that after W.1271's crash at Coltishall it would have been re-furbished and sent to 419 Sqn instead of being returned to 102 Sqn. Or is there a mistake somewhere? Also is there a photo of this machine somewhere?
